Mortality

I live in denial of the simple truth that none of us are getting off of this earth without dying. It’s just the way that it is. No one – not a single person – will escape the inevitability of death. Not you, not me, not any one of our friends or family. We will all eventually die.

But it’s excruciating to be confronted with the possibility of death too early. I hate cancer.

    Death is tortorous because 1) everyone dies, even loved ones and 2) not everyone goes to heaven. Sometimes I don’t understand it.
