Yes, yes, yes! I have a friend that applied for a technical editing position that required understanding of MS Word formatting, so she spent the hour long “test” with the HELP menu open and got the job.
Oh, my, I love, love, love this. Immediately sent it to my husband and my mother in law (84 yr old!) who are the ones who ask me for computer advice the most. If only they would really take it to hear. Thanks for this one! It’s gonna be on my blog one of these days….
