Within context, it was obvious that a co-worker-who-shall-not-be-named was attempting to conjure the “If a tree falls in the forest and no one sees it, did it really happen?” idea. It didn’t go as planned. Her: “You know what they say: if the wind blows, does anyone even see it?” Me: JOY.
