Tonight, I ate a Ritz cracker topped with cheddar cheese, yellow mustard, and red onion. And then, I ate another one, and another one, and another one. And I liked it.

    Tonight I ate a cracker with Irish chedder and honey atop it. Delicious. And I was only wearing purple. I was at a purple party amongst dozens of purple-clad people. Delicious.

    Welcome to Nashville. Actually, the famous Thompson appetizer originated in Texas. And, now that the internet knows about it they’re all flocking to their pantries to make some of this delightful treat themselves.
