I never thought I’d see the day, but sure enough.

Like the Terminator, like Backstreet…

I was going through my old bathroom drawers at my parent’s house about a month ago and my mom kept my scrunchies…maybe she knew all along I would need them again!

    I don’t think it’s a style I will bring back.

    NOOOOO!

(Hi, by the way, I am Rebekah and I am de-lurking. The scrunchies made me do it.)

I am very sad to hear this. I do not wish to relive that part of my life!

Man….leave it to Anthro to tell everyone that scrunchies are cool again – and at $15 a pop…yeesh is right! Good thing I still have
a few of mine in assorted bathroom drawers. Before this news I MAY have gotten rid of them in the move.

I missed the craze the first time – but to all of you who have these relics of the — hmmm — was it late 80s/early 90s? If Anthro is selling them – surely there is a market on eBay or Craigslist? There is money in those bathroom drawers!

Noooooo!!!!!! Wasn’t there a Sex in the City episode about Scrunchies? I won’t do it. No way.

Nope. Not gonna do it. Huh uh. Np matter how much bric-a-brac crap you put on it… no matter whether Rodeo Drive shoppers are sportin’ them in the hottest colors… I’m just not gonna succumb.

    Scrunchies are of the devil.

Honestly, I kinda like them. I haven’t worn a scrunchie since 7th grade (and by “worn” I mean 90% of the time around my wrist, 10% in my hair), but I’m not at all opposed to them coming back.

i’m not ok with that. i associate those with my bad hair days. i haven’t really discovered my good hair days, but…the memories of my scrunchie/curled bangs/lots of hairspray days…are so terrible. i will not go back.
