Change of plans

Zion

I’m on vacation this week, but my plans – however tentative – have been scrapped.

Baby Zion arrived in Colorado Springs with his family (my brother and sister-in-law and two older nephews) on Saturday, and within an hour, was rushed to the ER because he wasn’t breathing. He almost died that night. Now he is in the ICU, with no real timeline or definitive prognosis.

Please keep my littlest nephew in your prayers.

Yet another reminder that His plans are always bigger than ours. In times of uncertainty for me, I always cling to Psalm 46:10 “Be still and know that I am God.”

Many prayers for you and your family.

Just read Jeremy and Ashley’s blog– oh Annie, so scary. :( And the fact that Zion is one of the cutest dang babies I’ve ever seen doesn’t make any of it easier, I’m sure.

Praying… and anxious for updates. Love to you and your fam.

I’ll be thinking about little Zion. I, too, spent part of my start to life in the ICU in Colorado Springs.

Grace and peace be upon you and your family. Grace, peace, healing and protection be upon Zion.

Praise God for the wisdom of the doctors and the skill of the ER & ICU staff.
