Ripping my heart out
I cannot look at the Nashville Humane Society website.
It breaks my heart into a million little pieces.
I want to save every dog without a home.
Or at least this one.
Her name is Annie, too.
Anyone who beats or abandons a pet should be put in jail.
But instead, it’s the dogs that wind up in cages.
I want to save them all.

i think, annie, that perhaps you should adopt annie. she looks like she obviously ought to belong to and befriend a country singer/songwriter. i mean, look at that face. and those freckles!
i submit that animal lovers are the best sort of people; they have tenderest of hearts. :)
What a sweetheart! Both you and this precious pooch! You should so get a dog.
I’m the same way. I love dogs, and I’ve thought about volunteering at a shelter to pass some of that along but….I don’t if I could deal with the knowledge that some dogs are simply going to “disappear” because no one wants them. It’s sad and unfair. Also, I agree that you should adopt BeagleAnnie. :)
If you can have a pooch where you live – nothing like it. I have met new people in my neighborhood, learned to love differently…just an all-around great thing to have my pal Skye around. She has a visitor this weekend – she tells me she likes being an only child better :)
if you adopt her, she will sleep on your bed.
Oh. This breaks my heart. We just had to put down our beloved beagle, Annie, two weeks ago. She was my son’s 7th birthday present and was almost 11. What joy she brought into our lives!
Aw! BeagleAnnie is amazingly adorable! I fail to understand why anyone would want to do harm to her. :(
What’s to stop you from adopting Beagle-Annie?
You know my thoughts on pups. I say get right on that miss Annie P.
Oh, she is a cutie.
